All prices are in euros and per unit for four people per day, plus €2.80 local tax (from age 14).

The minimum stay is generally 3 nights, but this may vary for certain periods. For stays of less than three nights, we charge a small surcharge. We would be happy to create a customized offer for you.

Standard occupancy: 4 people. Occupancy with up to 2 additional people is possible upon request. We offer a special discount for bookings with only 2 people.

Check inOur apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM and arrival should be no later than 7:00 PM. If you plan to arrive at a different time, please let us know.Check outWe kindly ask you to vacate D'Müh by 10:30 a.m. on your departure day so that our cleaning staff can be present. We place great importance on a very thorough cleaning and are sure that this is also in your interest.

The final cleaning fee is €100.

The local tax is €2.80 per person per night from the age of 15 and is charged separately on site.

A deposit of 50% of the total price is due upon booking confirmation. The deposit must be received no later than 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation; otherwise, the reserved period will be made available to other guests.The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.For short-notice bookings, the full amount is due immediately.Please note that card payments are not accepted on site!

From May 1st, 2023, the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel & Contract Conditions apply to all bookings not made directly through us.Free cancellation possible up to 3 months before arrivalCancellation fees of 40% apply up to 1 month before arrival.Cancellation fees up to 1 week before arrival: 70%During the week of arrival - 90% cancellation feesCancellation fees are calculated based on the total price.Special conditions still apply to bookings made directly:Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrivalFor cancellations made 41 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.For cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival , no-shows or early departures , 100% of the total price will be charged.Cancellations must be made in writing via email .
